OVERVIEW:
Most orders are made to order. So expect at a minimum a little lead time. I am also only a one man shop, a fairly unlucky man at that. Things sometimes come up that push lead times out. I appreciate the patience that you give me and your understanding.
LEAD TIMES:
Most lead times at their peak range from 6-10 weeks. normal lead times are 4-8 weeks. I hope to, at some point, get to 2-4 weeks on most things.
Full Cabinets are still up in the air as we are learning and working the bugs out. but hope to get to 8-12 weeks on those.
UPS SHIPPING:
Most if not all orders are shipped via UPS Ground with Tracking. Shipping notification email will be sent out to you with a tracking number when your order is beginning to be packed up.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If something arrives damaged please each out and let me know. I do what i can to replace damaged items and make sure you get the best of what you ordered. I also try to fast track replacement parts so you don't have to wait as long as you may have during an extended lead time. To help me continue with this, if the damage clearly appears to be due to UPS, please save the packaging.
All orders shipped out are insured at some level. If something arrives badly damaged, please document and take some pictured of the packaging and damaged product, along with retaining the packaging so that we can file a claim with UPS.

I will ship anywhere as long you are willing to pay for the shipping.
If you are not able to select your area for shipping during check out, please email me. I have to set up individual shipping profiles for each country. So if there is not a profile for your country, email me your address along with what you are interested in purchasing. I can then get shipping rates and let you know the cost in addition to creating the profile for check out.
